  18. If no users are currently logged on to Windows NT, a scheduled NTBACKUP
  19. doesn't run unless the Scheduler service is configured to "Log On As" the
  20. System Account. This may be a problem if you plan to implement user-level
  21. security on directories and files and need to allow access to shares based
  22. on a particular user account.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  28. Advanced Server version 3.1. A fix to this problem is in development, but
  29. has not been regression-tested and may be destabilizing in production
  30. environments. Microsoft does not recommend implementing this fix at this
  31. time. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services for more information on
  32. the availability of this fix.
